We provide Services to help our business customers(“Business Customers”) automate communication channels and improve related efficiency when engaging with their customers and prospective customers.When our Services are rolled out by our Business Customers on the Business Customer’s website or platform, (“Business Customer Resources”), we will process personal information on behalf of our Business Customers to provide the Services in connection with their Business Customer Resources. Because we process information on behalf of Business Customers, we rely on our Business Customers to provide adequate notice and consent, where required, for us to contact you on their behalf.Importantly, Business Customers independently determine how to process and use your information that we process.If you have any requests related to such information and their use, please direct all such requests to the applicable Business Customer.When our Communications with you are made on behalf of our Business Customers, we will identify the respective Business Customer or related entity that we are contacting you on behalf, so it should be apparent who an applicable Business Customer is and to whom requests should be sent to. Our Services include messaging services on behalf of our Business Customers through the use of SMS text messaging.
